Your role :
Team Management
Supervise and lead a team of engineers and professionals specializing in hydrogeology, geochemistry, and mining environment;
Ensure the implementation of methods and procedures in compliance with corporate standards;
Actively contribute to talent development to maintain and strengthen a center of expertise;
Plan resource allocation in collaboration with other team leads and project directors within the Minerals & Metals division;
Define and monitor team objectives while promoting accountability among team members;
Maintain a high level of expertise through training, mentoring, and recruitment of qualified personnel based on project needs;
Foster an environment that supports the application of ethical and professional practices in project execution.
Projects
Participate in the preparation of service proposals for mining mandates in Canada and internationally;
Play a key role in various projects as project director or project manager;
Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with commitments: deliverables, budgets, and schedules;
Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration with all involved stakeholders;
Write technical reports and opinions that meet mandate objectives and requirements.

About you :
A bachelor's degree in engineering or geology and is a member of the appropriate professional order;
8 to 15 years of relevant experience, including 3 to 5 years in managing or coordinating technical teams;
Additional training in management (MBA), considered an asset;
A mobilizing leadership style, recognized for strong interpersonal skills, while ensuring a high level of effectiveness and efficiency;
Proficiency in both French and English (bilingualism required)*;
Experience in managing service proposal processes and business development, considered an asset;
The ability to thrive in a transforming environment with agility and proactivity.
