Sangeeta's journey began in an orthodox Indian middle-class family and a college classroom where she was the only woman. Alongside the demands of culture and motherhood, she navigated the added challenge of a hearing disability. But through perseverance, technical excellence, and a drive to grow, she delivered over 25 million ft² of built space from concept to completion and earned her CEng and AIStructE chartered titles.

She now thrives in a role where she's not only seen and supported but celebrated. Her dream of working on global projects is no longer just a dream, it's her daily reality.

Read how Sangeeta's story shows what's possible when inclusion is real.
