Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ive) qui supportera et contribuera au succès de la modernisation de la Centrale Isle-Maligne à Alma.Ce poste nécessite une présente au bureau de chantier à raison de 5 jours par semaine.
Votre rôle
Vous aurez à apporter un support administratif pour un projet d'envergure, plus précisément:
- Coordonner et participer à l'organisation des réunions et préparer la documentation pertinente. Au besoin : aide à la prise de notes, rédiger les comptes-rendus et en assure le suivi.
- Rédiger, corriger et mettre en page des lettres types, préparer des documents, rapports et présentations PowerPoint.
- S'assurer d'utiliser les bons gabarits établis par l'entreprise et en assurer la qualité de présentation.
- Coordonner, recueillir et compiler des informations provenant de diverses sources afin de mettre à jour différents documents.
- Exercer un contrôle approprié de la documentation technique, codifier celle-ci selon les standards.
- Soutenir l'envoi de documents critiques.
- Assurer la gestion documentaire.
- Supporter l'équipe de projet pour la mise en place d'accord de confidentialité avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitant.

À propos de vous
- Détient un A.E.C. , un D.E.C. en bureautique, un DEP en secrétariat ou toute autre formation avec une expérience dans le domaine.
- Possède une expérience pertinente dans un rôle administratif. L'expérience en milieu de la construction ou ingénierie serait un atout considérable mais pas obligatoire.
- A d'excellentes connaissances des fonctions avancées des logiciels de la suite Office (Excel et Word).
- Démontre une bonne gestion du stress, sens de l'organisation, rigueur et a une facilité le travail d'équipe et la collaboration.
- Est en mesure de communiquer aisément en français (Oral et écrit).
- A la capacité de supporter la rédaction de rapport en anglais au besoin.
