Joignez-vous à une organisation d'ingénierie de premier plan en tant que Chef de cabinet / Cheffe de cabinet et jouez un rôle clé au cœur de la prise de décision stratégique. En collaboration étroite avec le Directeur des Opérations (COO), vous contribuerez directement à des initiatives majeures liées à l'innovation, à la transformation et aux opérations globales, tout en interagissant avec la haute direction et l'ensemble de l'organisation.
Votre rôle
• Assurer l'intégration des équipes et des initiatives stratégiques au sein du bureau du COO et de l'organisation
• Piloter des projets prioritaires et confidentiels en coordonnant les parties prenantes internes et externes
• Préparer des documents stratégiques, présentations et notes d'information pour les activités du COO
• Soutenir la préparation des réunions clés'et analyser les données stratégiques et indicateurs de performance
• Représenter le COO lors de rencontres et assurer le suivi des actions et décisions
• Développer des relations solides avec la haute direction pour favoriser la collaboration et la circulation de l'information
• Conseiller le COO afin d'améliorer la performance organisationnelle, l'efficacité décisionnelle et la culture d'entreprise
À propos de vous
• Capacité à analyser et interpréter des données financières complexes
• Excellentes compétences en communication et aptitude à structurer des messages stratégiques clairs
• Aptitude à établir et entretenir des relations avec des parties prenantes variées
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec rigueur et sens de l'initiative
• Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit
