Overview
We are seeking a Data Center Project Manager to join our Mission-Critical Data Center Team. This team is growing rapidly and is delivering some of the most exciting hyperscale, colocation, and mission-critical infrastructure projects across North America.
Your Role
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of data center projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes.
Work closely with Cost Management, Scheduling, Supply Chain, Design, Engineering, and Construction teams to provide project certainty and alignment.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and reporting dashboards.
Monitor project performance against budget, contractual obligations, schedule commitments, and client objectives.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze project documentation to identify risks, opportunities, constructability concerns, and potential cost-saving measures.
Lead project meetings and provide ongoing support to project teams through all phases of delivery.
Coordinate with client representatives, contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support program-wide initiatives to improve project performance, increase delivery certainty, and optimize cost and schedule outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for data center clients, ensuring project objectives are achieved and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
Manage change control, project governance, reporting, and executive communications.
Support commissioning, operational readiness, turnover planning, and client handover activities.
Travel to client sites and project locations as required.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.
Data center project delivery experience strongly preferred.
Construction consultancy experience preferred.
Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and risk management.
Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project reporting platforms preferred.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions.
Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data center projects.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
Familiarity with commissioning, operational readiness, and mission-critical environments.
Experience managing projects exceeding $100M in total installed cost.
Understanding of MEP systems, utility infrastructure, and critical power systems.

Additional information
Expected compensation range is between $140,000 - $200,000+ annually hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
