Overview
This position will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to project managers and engineering teams.
Your role
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to project managers and engineering teams.
- Prepare, format, and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Manage filing systems (electronic and physical) to ensure accurate record-keeping and document control.
- Assist in tracking project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense claims, and other logistical support for project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.

About you
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Previous experience in the engineering and construction sector will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
