Gestionnaire intégration de projet / Project Integration Manager

Overview

The Project Integration Manager (PIM) is responsible for ensuring the seamless mobilization and integration of complex engineering and construction projects (Class 4-5) from the proposal phase to award and through execution and closeout. Working with the Vice President, Project Integration and Governance, the PIM ensures alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, risk, and operations functions to enable predictable project startup and successful delivery.

This role is critical to establishing strong governance, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration, and driving disciplined execution during early project phases and throughout the project lifecycle.

Your role

Project Mobilization & Readiness:

  • Lead and coordinate project mobilization activities from the Proposal Phase to the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and up to the first 100 days of the project.

  • Identify project and contract requirements and define a multidisciplinary mobilization plan.

  • Ensure early alignment of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resourcing across all functions and track mobilization performance.

  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and readiness reviews, ensuring required systems, processes, and teams are in place.

  • Support definition and implementation of project governance structures, roles, and decision authorities.Project Delivery Support:

  • Work with the Project Controls team to monitor project performance against baseline (scope, schedule, cost, risk).

  • Support change management processes to ensure impacts are understood, integrated, and approved.

  • Drive adherence to project management best practices, systems, and governance frameworks using AtkinsRéalis' Canada Delivery Framework.

Project Delivery Support:

  • Work with the Project Controls team to monitor project performance against baseline (scope, schedule, cost, risk).

  • Support change management processes to ensure impacts are understood, integrated, and approved.

  • Drive adherence to project management best practices, systems, and governance frameworks using AtkinsRéalis' Canada Delivery Framework.

Stakeholder & Client Interface:

  • Act as a trusted partner to Project Directors and Senior Leadership.

  • Support client coordination during mobilization and key delivery milestones.

  • Ensure internal and external stakeholder expectations are aligned and actively managed.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.

  • 10 - 15 years of experience (or more) in engineering and/or construction project delivery, including large, complex projects.

  • Demonstrated experience in project mobilization, integration, or project controls roles.

  • Strong understanding of EPC, EPCM, or Design-Build delivery models.

  • Strong integrator mindset with the ability to connect strategy to execution.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to lead without direct authority in matrixed environments.

  • High level of organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capability.

  • Versatility with knowledge of several project disciplines.

* Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $ 125 000 à 171 900 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
