Your Role
As part of the Road Engineering team in the Montréal office, you will:
- Participate in the leadership and management of various road infrastructure projects.
- Monitor the quality of services, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects.
- Maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Supervise teams and take part in calculations and design.
- Define technical solutions, design plans, draft technical specifications, and lead the preparation of service proposals.

About You
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Has at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Has previously worked on projects for the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité Durable du Québec.
- Is able to communicate in French (spoken and written).
