Hello, my name is Nikita. AtkinsRéalis is the first company I joined as a dedicated HR professional, where I spent over three years hiring talented, deserving candidates and supporting smooth organizational operations. During that time, I truly enjoyed the role and took pride in helping the team grow in all aspects. I always felt a strong pull towards the technical world of engineering. I was fascinated by design, modeling and the idea of building something from scratch.

I'm especially thankful to my HR team—particularly my manager, Shijo—who supported me from the moment I first shared my plans.
