Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste junior/intermédiaire en contrôle de projet motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe grandissante de contrôle de projet à Montréal. La personne retenue contribuera aux activités de planification, contrôle des coûts, mesure de l'avancement, prévisions, production de rapports et gestion de la performance des projets EPCM (ingénierie, approvisionnement et gestion de la construction).

Ce poste est idéal pour les candidats ayant une formation en ingénierie et souhaitant développer leur carrière en contrôle de projet tout en participant à des projets d'envergure et complexes dans les secteurs industriel, des infrastructures, des mines ou du traitement des minerais.

Votre rôle

  • Soutenir les activités de planification, d'ordonnancement, de contrôle des coûts et de mesure de la performance des projets.

  • Élaborer et maintenir les échéanciers de projet à l'aide de Primavera P6 et/ou Microsoft Project.

  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets, au suivi des coûts, aux prévisions et à l'analyse des écarts.

  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement et de la productivité des projets par rapport aux références établies.

  • Préparer les rapports, tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance (KPI) destinés à l'équipe de gestion de projet et aux clients.

  • Contribuer aux activités de gestion des changements, des risques et à l'analyse de la valeur acquise (Earned Value Management).

  • Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, d'approvisionnement, de construction et de gestion de projet, tout en soutenant les activités de clôture de projet et les leçons apprises.

À propos de vous

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, gestion de la construction, gestion de projet ou discipline connexe.

  • De 2 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en contrôle de projet, planification ou contrôle des coûts.

  • Excellentes aptitudes analytiques, organisationnelles et de communication.

  • Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires.

  • Connaissance des principes de contrôle de projet et maîtrise de Microsoft Excel.

  • Expérience avec Primavera P6, Power BI ou des systèmes ERP constitue un atout.

  • Bilinguisme français et anglais requis.

* Ce poste requiert la connaissance d'une autre langue que le français, soit l'anglais, puisque vous serez membre d'une équipe de direction canadienne, mondiale ou régionale, et devrez collaborer avec des collègues situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
