Overview
We are seeking a passionate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to support our operations across Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces. Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, you will play a key role in supporting multidisciplinary teams working in the engineering, environmental, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Your Role
- Advise and support project teams on HSE-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of HSE programs, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to promote a strong safety culture.
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause analyses, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Contribute to the identification and control of critical risks.
- Deliver awareness and training activities.
- Collaborate with various business units to align HSE practices.
- Support projects delivered for strategic clients in the energy, infrastructure, and utilities sectors.
- Leverage digital tools and emerging technologies to improve HSE performance.
- Support project teams in managing HSE requirements specific to major clients and contribute to maintaining trusted client relationships.
- Participate in identifying, assessing, and controlling risks associated with high-energy environments and critical-risk work activities.

About You
- College diploma (DEC) or university degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and a strong interest in innovation.
- Bilingualism in French and English. *
* Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
Assets
- Experience in the energy, infrastructure, industrial, or construction sectors.
- Health and safety certification (ASP Construction, CRST, PSAC, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of risks related to electrical installations, energy infrastructure, or industrial environments.
