Learning & Talent Development Advisor [12-month contract]

Overview

The Learning and Talent Development Advisor supports the delivery of regional and global learning programs in Canada, with a focus on coordination, stakeholder support, and data-informed execution.

This role is well suited to a motivated, solutions-oriented professional who enjoys working across teams, supporting meaningful development experiences, and bringing structure to program delivery.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to coordinate learning and talent initiatives, support delivery, and contribute ideas that enhance the employee experience.

Your role

  • Early careers and global development program support: Coordinate activities, track progress, and support the delivery of early careers and global development programs, including participant engagement, follow-up activities, and smooth program execution.
  • Employee feedback and program insights: Gather, organize, and interpret employee feedback and program data to identify trends, inform recommendations, and support continuous improvement.
  • Partnership with our HR Centre: Work closely with our HR Centre to support efficient learning and talent processes and positive employee experience.
  • Collaboration with the Global Learning and Talent Development Centre of Expertise: Contribute to learning solutions, tools, platforms, and processes in partnership with the wider global team.

About you

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in learning and talent development operations, HR program coordination, or a related field; candidates from other relevant backgrounds or talent streams with transferable experience will also be considered.
  • Experience using learning systems, reporting tools, or related digital platforms.
  • Strong data, digital, and analytical skills, including experience with Excel, reporting, or dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support a range of stakeholders effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience working within a shared services model.
  • Familiarity with learning systems such as Workday.
  • Exposure to bilingual delivery in English and French is an asset. *

* Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $70,000 - $80,000 annually) Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
