Overview
As part of the AtkinsRéalis Middle East Site Operations team, the HVAC discipline ensures the delivery of efficient, compliant, and sustainable mechanical systems across major projects. Responsibilities include reviewing contractor submissions, verifying head loss and pressure drop calculations, and ensuring HVAC designs meet international standards and UAE regulations. The team coordinates closely with Architecture, Electrical, and PHE to guarantee seamless integration of building services, while safeguarding performance, safety, and energy efficiency. This role is central to translating design intent into reliable on-site execution, supporting AtkinsRéalis' mission to engineer a better future.
Your role
- Review engineering submissions from contractors.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and specifications.
- Analyze head loss and pressure drop calculations for pumps and HVAC systems.
- Respond to technical queries from contractors.
- Multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Review fabrication drawings.
- Apply knowledge of UAE local regulations.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 10+ years as a site engineer on major projects; Middle East experience is mandatory.
Note: Candidates must be willing to travel to the UAE for short durations as part of project requirements.
