Overview

The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the coordination of engineering, procurement, and construction work. This role will require continuous communication with all project team members, and will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing various scopes of work.

Your role

  • Supports assigned project scopes and is accountable for performing coordination and administrative duties that facilitate work progressing in accordance with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements.

  • Liaises with key internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Construction, Quality, clients, and subcontractors, as required.

  • Maintains positive working relationships with client project counterparts.

  • Supports schedule updates and progress tracking by collecting inputs, preparing summaries, and coordinating information for review by the Project Manager.

  • Supports the tracking, organization, and timely distribution of technical documents and deliverables in coordination with Engineering and Project Controls.

  • Supports the preparation, tracking, and delivery of required project deliverables.

  • Provides status and progress reports in support of the Project Manager.

  • Ensures work is performed in accordance with applicable quality program requirements.

  • Actively reinforces a strong nuclear safety culture.

  • Supports Project and Program Management in the implementation of initiatives and changes as required.

  • Supports project administration activities, including project documentation, site content maintenance, and access coordination.

About you

  • Degree or diploma in technical, science, or business studies is considered an asset.

  • Experience supporting project environments such as construction, manufacturing, or engineering services projects is considered an asset.

  • Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and solve problems in a structured and collaborative manner.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of, or interest in, Quality Assurance Programs and their importance within the nuclear industry.

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support stakeholder coordination and maintain positive working relationships.

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and reports.

  • Shows a clear commitment to safety, integrity, and trust, and actively supports a strong nuclear safety culture.

  • Customer‑focused and team‑oriented, with a willingness to share knowledge and support team objectives.
