Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX.
Your role
Manages small, single-discipline projects under the close supervision of a Senior PM or supervisor.
Focuses on executing the fundamentals of project management, including scope, schedule, and budget tracking, while developing client interaction skills.
Under supervision, develops project work plans and schedules.
Monitors project progress and reports on status, schedule, and budget to a supervising Project Manager.
Supports design and construction reviews and quality assurance.
Tracks and validate project man-hours, costs, and expenses against the budget.
Assists in preparing client invoices and reviewing subconsultant invoices.
Serves as a day-to-day contact for clients on specific tasks or small projects.
Reviews deliverables for quality before senior or client submission.
Schedules and coordinates project meetings.
Establishes and maintains project files and ensures data accuracy in the project management systems (ERP) and Oracle dashboards.
Performs other duties as assigned.

About you
Bachelor's degree required.
Requires four (4) years of professional experience, with at least one (1) year of project management experience.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent is a plus.
Must have strong communication skills.

Additional information
Expected compensation range is between $90,000-$150,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
