Overview
The Senior Estimator - Track & Civil is responsible for leading the preparation of accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates for rail track and civil infrastructure projects. This role involves analyzing drawings and specifications, developing pricing strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting bid submissions for major projects.
Your role
Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for:
Trackwork & rail systems.
Civil works (earthworks, drainage, structures, foundations).
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, and specifications.
Develop unit rates for labour, equipment, and materials.
Analyze historical cost data and benchmarking information.

About you
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
8–12+ years of estimating experience in:
Rail/track infrastructure projects (LRT, metro, freight, high-speed rail).
Heavy civil construction.
Strong knowledge of:
Railway systems and trackwork construction methods.
Civil works and infrastructure construction practices.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range of 105-145 000. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
