Overview
Join a world-class engineering team and play a key role in the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. As Estimation Manager, you will lead the development of level of effort (LoE) estimates and design costs, ensuring rigor, transparency, and alignment with industry best practices. You will work closely with engineering and project management teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize project performance.
Your Role
- Lead the development of level of effort (LoE) estimates and design costs for complex engineering projects
- Collaborate with discipline leads to define scope, validate assumptions, and establish resource requirements
- Develop and maintain standardized estimation methodologies and benchmarking tools
- Prepare detailed estimates covering all engineering-related costs
- Ensure estimates are aligned with design maturity and project requirements
- Conduct estimate reviews and validate the quality, consistency, and completeness of data
- Integrate estimates into overall cost models and support tendering processes

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required*
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in level of effort (LoE) and engineering design cost estimation
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Solid understanding of project delivery models (EPC, EPCM, CM, DB, alliances, JV)
* This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as you will be part of a Canadian, global, or regional leadership team.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range of $125 000- $171 900. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
