Overview
The Information Management System Admin Support Specialist (Hexagon SDx and Smart Foundation) supports and provides support for the administration and implementation of Hexagon SDx and Smart Foundation systems, in a project environment with regards to the following: User support, Project support, SDx and SPF project administration including but not limited to maintenance, customization, integration with other software, software upgrades.
Your role
- Administer and monitor SPF/SDx applications, including backups, scheduled tasks, user access, and system health.
- Configure, test, and deploy SPF and SDx environments, including schema, workflows, data capture, reporting, and MDR setup.
- Maintain integrations and data mapping between SPF, SDx, and engineering design tools (SPID, S3D, SEL, SI) and other software systems.
- Support software lifecycle activities such as UAT, certification, change requests, and production releases while coordinating with developers and vendors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, manage support tickets, and collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on complex problems.
- Provide user training, daily support, and contribute to continuous improvements alongside engineering teams and developers.

About you
- Requires a college diploma in a relevant technology field and 5+ years of experience supporting engineering applications.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SPF mapping across tools such as SPID, S3D, SEL, and SI.
- Strong expertise in SDx configuration, including schema mapping, workflows, data capture, and user management.
- Solid understanding of Intel-based hardware platforms and Windows operating systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues and support enterprise engineering systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
