As part of our dynamic recruitment team in Mississauga, you will play a key role in attracting top talent that supports our engineering, construction, and project‑driven operations. This 12–15‑month contract offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and help shape the workforce that drives our mission forward.

Your role

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment activities to support diverse business hiring needs.

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

  • Implement sourcing strategies using social media, networking, referrals, and talent campaigns.

  • Develop and maintain specialized candidate pipelines through market research and competitor insights.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to document activities and ensure process efficiency.

  • Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to strengthen market presence.

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment effectiveness.
