Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups formed based on a particular trait or interest of group members. ERGs are designed to help foster a culture where everyone belongs, bringing people together to focus on actions and initiatives for that group, such as networking, professional development, raising awareness, and building support within the AtkinsRéalis community.
EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
Black and African American (STAND)
The STAND mission is to provide an open, safe, and supportive environment for Black and African American employees and allies to share their challenges and experiences with race and racism in and out of the workplace.
Emerging Professionals Network (EPN)
The mission of the EPN is to provide professional development, networking, and engagement opportunities to emerging professionals within the first 10 years of their career.
Equilibrium (LGBTQ+)
The Equilibrium mission is to celebrate and support LGBTQ+ employees and allies through advocacy, mentoring, and representation.
Hispanic Organization Locating Amigos (HOLA)
The HOLA mission is to cultivate a healthy and engaged Hispanic community by creating an inclusive environment where Hispanic culture is celebrated.
Neurodiversity
The mission of the Neurodiversity group is to move neurodiversity from being unconsciously exclusive to consciously inclusive, and then unconsciously inclusive.
Women Inspiring Leadership (WIL)
The WIL mission is to empower female employees to inspire career journeys and achieve professional goals as an inclusive employee network.

For 20 years, The AtkinsRéalis Foundation serves as an employee-funded asset that is doubled by corporate matching in the US. Collectively we invested $169k in 2024 to inspire science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) careers in young minds and help the dreams of many aspiring scholars become a reality by:
Grants Program: The Foundation awards charitable grants to organizations that provide science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education in underserved communities.
Scholarship Program: The Foundation awards scholarships, providing financial aid to students from underserved communities pursuing engineering or related degrees at all colleges and universities across the US.
