Panos is a Design Engineer and when he first moved from Greece to Ireland, the first thing he noticed was how warm and friendly the people are. "Irish people seem to always try to make others feel comfortable and valued, and this is exactly what I encountered during my first day in the office.
The culture of my team, and Atkins in general, is characterized by collaboration, respect, open communication, and mutual support. These attributes create a positive environment where people can grow and achieve great things.
