Wir suchen Unterstützung bei der technischen und planerischen Umsetzung von Kavernenspeicher-projekten. Sie werden in unserer deutschen Tochtergesellschaft AtkinsRéalis Energy Germany GmbH, vorwiegend in Oldenburg tätig sein.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Aktive Mitarbeit an untertägigen Ingenieursaufgaben und komplexen technischen Frage­stellungen, unter anderem im Bereich von Geologie, Soltechnik und Kavernentechnik.
• Regelmäßige und aktive Kundenkommunikation.
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Projekten für neue und bestehende Kunden auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene.
• Mitarbeit an Projekten im Hinblick auf das Erreichen der Klimaneutralitätsziele (z.B. Wasserstoffspeicherung).

Ihr Profil:

Qualifikationen -

• Hochschulabschluss (M.Sc oder Diplom).

Anforderungen -

• Erfahrung im Bereich der Kavernenindustrie, Soltechnik und weiteren verwandten Disziplinen.
• Erfahrung in der Analyse und Interpretation von geologischen und geophysikalischen Informationen.
• Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung und Management.
• Kenntnisse in der regionalen Geologie Europas sowie Erfahrung in der strukturgeologischen Interpretation von Salzformationen, insbesondere im Salinar des norddeutschen Zechsteinbeckens.
• Kenntnisse in Qualitätssicherungs- und Sicherheitsstandards, fachbezogenen Rechtsgebieten und Vorschriften, wie z.B. Bundesberggesetz, Wasserhaushaltsgesetz.
• Interesse an weiteren Bereichen der Energietechnologie (z. B. Wasserstoff, Druckluft und Kohlenstoffabscheidung) mit Bereitschaft zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung.
• Hohes Maß an Kommunikation, eine strukturierte und fokussierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten und komplizierte Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen.
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse.
• Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland.

Optionale Anforderungen:

Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der Kavernenindustrie, Soltechnik und weiteren verwandten Disziplinen.

Grundkenntnisse der regionalen Geologie Europas sowie Erfahrung in der strukturgeologischen Interpretation von Salzformationen, insbesondere im Salinar des norddeutschen Zechsteinbeckens.

We are looking for support in the technical and planning implementation of cavern storage projects. You will be working in our German subsidiary AtkinsRéalis Energy Germany, mainly in Oldenburg.

Your responsibilities:

• Active participation in subsurface engineering tasks and complex technical issues, including geology, solution mining and cavern technology.
• Regular and active client communication.
• Support in the development of projects for new and existing clients on a local and international level.
• Participation in projects with a view to achieving climate neutrality targets (e. g., hydrogen storage).

Your profile:

Qualifications -

• University Degree (M.Sc or Diploma).

Essential criteria -

• Experience in the cavern industry, solution mining and other related disciplines.
• Experience analysing and interpreting geological and geophysical information.
• Experience in project development and management.
• Knowledge of the regional geology of Europe as well as experience in the structural-geological interpretationof salt formations, in particular in the saliniferous formation of the North German Zechstein Basin.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards, specialised fields of law and regulations, e. g. Federal Mining Act, Water Resources Act.
• Interest in other areas of energy technology (e. g. hydrogen, compressed air and carbon capture), coupled with a willingness for further professional development.
• Customer-focused mentality.
• High degree of communication skills, a structured and focused approach to work, the ability to work in a team and to present complex issues in an understandable manner.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in both verbal and written form.
• Thorough knowledge of the MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel both in Germany and overseas.
