Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Animation, Visualization, and Simulation Specialist to join our Digital Engineering & BIM team. You will work on complex infrastructure and energy projects, helping deliver advanced digital solutions such as construction sequencing, point cloud integration, digital twins, and immersive AR/VR experiences.
You will contribute directly to design validation, risk mitigation, construction planning, and stakeholder engagement by creating accurate, high-impact digital environments that support smarter and safer project delivery.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital innovation in engineering.
Your role
Develop high-quality 3D animations and renderings for major infrastructure and energy projects.
Support construction sequencing, digital twin development, and visualization workflows.
Process and integrate point cloud data into models for rehabilitation, modernization, and greenfield projects.
Create immersive VR/AR experiences to support stakeholder engagement and project communication.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to translate technical designs into clear visual narratives.
Contribute to BIM-based coordination, design reviews, and risk mitigation workflows.
Support the continual improvement of digital tools, standards, and delivery methods across the organization.

About you
Strong experience in 3D animation, modeling, and visualization within engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Experience with reality capture, point cloud registration, and integration into modeling environments.

Lumion Pro.
Blender.
Reality Capture & Point Cloud Processing:

Adobe Photoshop.
Adobe Illustrator.
Adobe Premiere Pro.
Proficiency in both English and French to collaborate effectively with internal teams and support bilingual clients.*
Ability to deliver clear, visually compelling content for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of construction processes, design workflows, and digital engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
