Overview

Be a trusted Data Integration Analyst in our global ERP implementation team

Are you ready to play a key role in expanding OneERP by delivering reliable, well-governed integrations across a global ERP ecosystem? Join our IT Services organisation, where structured delivery, strong collaboration, and technical excellence enable successful ERP deployments and smooth transitions into steady-state operations.

In this role, you will be recognised as a hands-on Data Integration Analyst within the Programme / Deployment Tower, accountable for delivering integration activities required to onboard acquisitions and legacy businesses into OneERP. You will work closely with functional teams, data conversion analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations are designed, built, tested, deployed, and transitioned successfully into support.

You will provide leadership through expertise, taking ownership of integration outcomes whilst remaining actively involved in requirements gathering, solution design, data mapping, testing, troubleshooting, deployment support, and operational readiness activities.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility. Success is achieved through hands-on execution, technical expertise, collaboration, and influence rather than formal authority.

Your Role

  • Own and lead integration activities required for OneERP deployments, acquisitions onboarding, and legacy ERP transitions.
  • Lead integration discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into integration specifications and delivery plans.
  • Analyse end-to-end business processes and system interactions to identify integration requirements, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Define and maintain interface specifications, data mappings, transformation rules, validation controls, and reconciliation requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across integration activities, ensuring integration solutions are reliable, supportable, and aligned to enterprise standards and deployment objectives.
  • Work across Oracle EBS and connected enterprise applications, including platforms such as ORB, EcoSys, and other business-critical systems supporting Finance and Project operations.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams developing solutions using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, file-based integrations, database integrations, and other approved integration technologies.
  • Support integration solution design activities, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical and scalable integration solutions.
  • Lead integration testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment rehearsals.
  • Drive defect triage, issue resolution, and testing governance activities, ensuring integration-related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Perform hands-on investigation of integration failures, data discrepancies, and processing exceptions, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
  • Validate and reconcile transactions across integrated systems to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of business data.
  • Support deployment and cutover activities, ensuring integrations are operationally ready and successfully transitioned into production.
  • Work closely with Functional Configuration Analysts and Data Conversion Analysts to ensure alignment between system configuration, data migration, and integration processes.
  • Ensure integration documentation is maintained to a high standard, including specifications, mappings, test evidence, support procedures, runbooks, and reconciliation controls.
  • Support transition to BAU by ensuring operational support teams have sufficient documentation, knowledge transfer, and support readiness.
  • Provide regular status updates on integration progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deployment readiness to programme stakeholders.
