À titre de technicien(ne) en gestion documentaire, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique auprès des équipes d'ingénierie, de gestion de projet et de construction en assurant la qualité, la conformité et l'accessibilité de l'information tout au long du cycle de vie des projets.


Votre role


  • Respecter et se conformer aux procédures et techniques de l'entreprise, du projet et de la fonction de gestion documentaire.
  • Établir et maintenir les processus et procédures de gestion documentaire, incluant la gestion des informations sensibles et des permissions, conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.
  • Élaborer et offrir de la formation, des conseils et du mentorat dans les domaines de responsabilité auprès des subordonnés directs ainsi que des clients internes et externes.
  • Mettre en œuvre des options visant à améliorer l'efficacité et réduire les coûts d'exploitation.
  • Diriger une équipe du contrôle documentaire afin d'assurer une gestion efficace des documents à travers les projets, avec une performance constante et une valeur ajoutée.
  • Assurer une supervision de la gestion documentaire sur le projet et veiller à ce que les systèmes et procédures soient correctement instaurés'et utilisés.
  • Soutenir la direction dans la sélection, l'évaluation - conformément aux lignes directrices d'évaluation des compétences - et la formation du personnel qualifié en gestion documentaire.
  • Être responsable de superviser, mettre en œuvre, maintenir et soutenir le développement continu des outils, systèmes, processus et procédures.

À propos de vous


  • ​8 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion documentaire dans l'industrie EPCM, dont un minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle intermédiaire ou senior.
  • Expérience avérée en gestion documentaire au soutien de la gestion contractuelle, des activités commerciales, de la planification & programmation ainsi que de l'ingénierie.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer et développer des systèmes, outils, processus et procédures de gestion documentaire dans les secteurs des services, de l'ingénierie et de la construction.
  • Communicateur(trice) efficace doté(e) d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais. *
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et relationnelles, autonome et capable de travailler de sa propre initiative.
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, Aconex
  • Compréhension fonctionnelle de l'administration de bases de données standard.
