We are looking for Design Manager to Principal Architect - Buildings to join our team.

How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Technical competency:

• Manages technical interfaces within their own discipline; leads simple technical interfaces across disciplines.
• Can handle single discipline teams on projects of average complexity or as a Project Information Manager on medium and larger projects and Design Manager on smaller and medium projects.
• Offers up new ideas, solutions and processes and sees them through to completion.
• Conversant on the financial aspects of their project and estimates pricing/timing associated with a range of expertise.
• Monitors projects’ technical progress.
• Questions and challenges conventional work methodology.
• REVIT proficient and multi-disciplinary project knowledge with international experience.

Behavioural competency:

• Adopts a creative and innovative perspective.
• Confident enough to put forth their views; is prepared to say no and stand by recommendations.
• Makes clear, well researched presentations to groups and clients.
• Persists to overcome obstacles and achieve the best outcomes.
• Takes requisite actions to rapidly solve problems as they arise.

• Develops actions and plans in response to changing circumstances.

What will you contribute? 

Bachelor / master’s in architecture with over 15+ years of relevant experience or duly qualified having exceptional work experience track record. Recognized as an influential member within their discipline and growing evidence of influence across other disciplines and on multi-disciplinary projects with a growing network of colleagues. A broad technical knowledge base and ability deliver varied technical assignments.
