We are seeking a Finance Manager in AlUla, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Contract interpretation and advice/action

Client and stakeholder management. 

Executive level reporting

Internal programme management

Managing and assisting technical teams to prepare task orders/work packages

Maintaining rolling revenue & profit forecasts

Reporting on project performance (Financial, commercial and procurement)

Sub-contract management and administrative

dispute claim management.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in relevant discipline
• Prior experience working within an Engineering Consultancy business.
• Has prepared project related financial reports and reconciliations relating to, project expenses,
• billing, debt, provisions, and utilisation
• Good contract, commercial and financial understanding,
• Excellent written English for preparation of task orders, contract letters and communications.
• Good negotiation skills to agree sub-contracts with third parties;
• Previous experience in government departments/client side roles;
• Large company & project financial control systems use & understanding;
• Good attention to detail and ability to review invoices and contracts prior to issue.
• Good understanding of a project lifecycle and the different measures of financial performance
