We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager will provide specialist project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.

This role involves working collaboratively with various airport departments and stakeholder groups to balance the impact of the LIFT Program and meet departmental demands effectively.

This role will be based in Toronto, ON.

Your role within the team:

• Provides specialist project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.
• Works collaboratively alongside the various airport departments to balance the impact from the LIFT Program and effectively meet demands upon the department.
• Interfaces with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultations and approvals.
• Works collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as required.
• Provides updates and reports via the Delivery Cabinet and the Interface Management Group to effectively communicate interface risks and opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years focused on large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects, with experience in technical areas and delivering projects across all phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and deliver complex projects and programs successfully.
• A recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field are considered an asset, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshop.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in building relationships and providing clear reporting to support decision-making processes.
