Engineer/ Senior Engineer – Fire Services / Plumbing and Drainage

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering design works.

• Provide technical inputs for P&D / FS design and consulting assignments.

• Coordinate between project team members, clients, government, architect, and other sub-consultant to facilitate project implementation.

• Participate in technical proposal preparation, prepare tender documents and tendering assistance.

• Carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures, report any potential risk and problem to immediate supervisor.

• Supervise junior engineers in terms of work allocation, training, and problem resolution.

Requirements: 

• Have a degree in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering;

• 4 to 8 years of related experience;

• Have experience in Hong Kong, and Macau projects;

• Strong interest in M&E design and sustainable design solutions;

• Have a good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.

• Knowledge in using AutoCad software.

• Knowledge in using BIM software is an advantage.
