Job Responsibilities

• Monitor & update daily health check report related to infrastructure example (VMware, Citrix) & raising incident related to any issue found during health check.
• Ticket queue management (Monitoring and assigning tickets as per SOP)
• Work on L1 level related tasks of end users and alerts generated from Monitoring tool.
• Work with L2 engineers on infra & user related tasks.
• Work on all SOP based requests, changes, tasks.
• Respond to and resolving end-user requests and incidents within the defined SLA.
• Responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure including server hardware.
• Raise vendor related ticket for hardware, Operating system.
• Troubleshoot SCOM and SCCM agent issues and resolve the same.
• Work with Senior engineers to diagnose and resolve server/hardware issues.
• Be available on weekends to implement planned changes OR resolve production outages.
• Knowledge on server commission and decommission is an addon advantage.

The above responsibilities may be revised as per the business requirement.

Mandatory Experience & Technical skills requirements:​

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in supporting production Windows, Vmware server infrastructure.
• At least 1 years’ experience in Level 1 role supporting more than 500 Windows servers environment.
• At least 1 year experience in troubleshooting Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 issues
• Basic knowledge of Active directory, DHCP & DNS.
• Should have basic ITIL knowledge on incident, Request, Change and Problem.

Educational qualifications

• Diploma or Any bachelor’s degree
