Principal Engineer / Senior Engineer - HVAC/MVAC

Responsibilities:

• Provide the engineering design works;
• Provide technical inputs for HVAC design and consulting assignments;
• Coordinate between project team members, clients, government, architect, and other sub-consultant to facilitate project implementation;
• Participate in technical proposal preparation, prepare tender documents and tendering assistance;
• Management and technical development of our capabilities and individual Engineers;
• Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and work winning / bidding activities;
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients;
• Carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures, report any potential risk and problem to immediate supervisor.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
• Chartered membership is preferable;
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant working experience;
• Have experience in Hong Kong, Macau and PRC projects;
• Strong interest in M&E design and sustainable design and infrastructure projects;
• Have good command in written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Candidates having more experience will be considered Principal Engineer.
