**Overview:**
As the Data Management & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's data management and analytics initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure the effective collection, storage, analysis, and utilization of data to drive informed business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Data Strategy and Governance:**
   - Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals.
   - Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance.

2. **Data Architecture and Infrastructure:**
   - Design and manage the organization's data architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
   - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data infrastructure and databases.

3. **Data Analytics and Insights:**
   - Lead the development and deployment of data analytics solutions for deriving actionable insights.
   - Collaborate with business units to identify analytics requirements and implement solutions accordingly.

4. **Team Leadership:**
   - Build and lead a team of data analysts, scientists, and engineers.
   - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

5. **Data Quality and Security:**
   - Implement processes for data quality assurance and validation.
   - Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data through proper access controls and encryption.

6. **Collaboration with Stakeholders:**
   - Collaborate with business units, IT, and other departments to understand data needs and requirements.
   - Communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

7. **Project Management:**
   - Manage projects related to data management, analytics, and business intelligence.
   - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality results.

8. **Continuous Improvement:**
   - Identify opportunities for the optimization and enhancement of data processes and analytics capabilities.
   - Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and analytics.

**Requirements:**

1. **Educational Background:**
   - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

2. **Experience:**
   - 10-15 years experience in data management, analytics, and business intelligence.
   - Proven track record of managing successful data-related projects.

3. **Technical Skills:**
   - Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
   - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

4. **Leadership Skills:**
   - Excellent leadership and people management skills.
   - Ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic goals.

5. **Communication Skills:**
   - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
   - Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

6. **Project Management:**
   - Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

7. **Analytical and Strategic Thinking:**
   - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
   - Ability to align data initiatives with broader business strategies.

8. **Certifications:**
   - Relevant certifications in data management and analytics (e.g., CDA, CDMP, CAP) are a plus.
