Senior Quality Manager

AtkinsRéalis is currently looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager. The Senior QA Manager will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of all project/programme processes, plans and relevant standards across the entire programme.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring that work is aligned with the applicable International Standards, and codes.

• Prepare, develop, and deploy the Project Management Plan.

• Ensure the PMP and all other contractual requirements are socialized within the project team.

• Effectively monitor implementation of Project Management Plan through a robust audit programme aligned with programme delivery phases within PMP ensure critical stages are included.

• Advise, guide and support design manager and disciplines in implementation of Technical Assurance Standard and OCRA (Originator, Checker, Reviewer and Approval) process.

• Conduct regular periodic quality assurance audits providing recommendations on how the processes, procedures and flow charts could be improved.

• Coordinate with BIM team to ensure Information Management requirements are understood and implemented.

• Gather lessons learned through non-compliance and feedback to project wide stakeholders.

• Gather best practice through compliance identification and feedback to programme wide stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain relevant assurance trackers.

• Coordinate with the document control team to review delivery trackers to assess re-work. 

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• A degree in engineering or quality management.

• Lead Auditor

• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in the required field Auxiliary Requirements

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in multi-discipline design projects

• Minimum 5 year’ GCC experience
