Role: Apprentice.

Eligibility:

• Freshers – 2022/2023/2024 pass out batch only.
• Eligibility – 65 % and above with no active backlogs.
• With prior experience: Candidate with one (1) year of work experience are eligible provided they should NOT have registered under any statutory schemes (PF, Gratuity etc.)
• Shortlisted candidate will be employed as an Apprentice for 6 months on a fixed stipend.

The Individual:

• M. tech in Transportation Engineering/Transport Planning/Highway Engineering with good score (Passed out of 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024).
• Basic knowledge of Civil 3D or Open Road design software will be preferred but not essential.
• Should have basic knowledge of various design codes like DMRB,IRC used in transportation industry.
• You will have a proactive, co-operative, and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients.
• A self-motivating, reliable and consistent approach to work is essential.
• Practically minded with a problem-solving nature.
• You must be able to work independently and in teams.
• Acceptance of responsibility for work carried out.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to commit to the duration of the apprenticeship program.
• Provide support in various projects across different geographies on technical reports drafts, drawing production and modelling.
