Job Title: HSEQ Manager

We are seeking a HSEQ Manager to join Linxon Nordics who can lead and oversee programs and practices to ensure an exemplary Health, Safety and Environmental culture as well as a strong focus on Quality and Sustainability. The Nordics HSEQ Manager ensures that the respective organization operates in alignment with local and international standards and policies as per Linxon's sustainability strategy. Located in Vasteras, Sweden.

What will you do?

  • Maintain full governance structure of HSEQ within Linxon Nordics
  • Ensure that the process for auditing and reporting on HSEQ into Linxon’s Global Incident Database is rolled out accordingly
  • Monitor findings and closure of corrective action within Linxon Nordics
  • Ensure respective organizations are compliant with the AtkinsRéalis BlueBook and with related legislation
  • Ensure risk identification and controls are applied at all stages of the internal value chain
  • Drive behavioral change to continuously improve Linxon Nordics HSEQ through programs, initiatives and trainings as well as engage external / internal stakeholders in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment on Linxon’s HSEQ efforts
  • Support local project tender team regarding HSEQ requirements
  • Site support/supervision by means of auditing, inspections, and guidance to site HSEQ personnel
  • 10-20% Travel requirement
  • Combination of managerial and hands-on skills

Experience Required:

  • University level education (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
  • Extensive years of experience in HSEQ function ideally in the EPC environment
  • Excellent knowledge of general HSEQ regulatory requirements
  • Fluency in Swedish and English - both written and spoken
  • Nordics experience a strong advantage
