Role Requirements:

• Manage the program roadmap and integrate multiple workstreams.
• Use Agile methods to boost collaboration and improvement.
• Work with stakeholders across business and tech functions.
• Identify and manage risks for smooth and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Business Change Manager and Communications Lead to enable adoption and long-term success.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven experience in program management in complex environments.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and leading Agile transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management across global teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Great communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
