The Global Win Work IMS Custodian will play a critical role in ensuring the ongoing integrity, relevance, and quality of our global Win Work IMS site and content. This role requires someone with strong organizational and analytical skills who can work closely with regional and sector contacts to review, update and maintain the information management system, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of our win work teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Maintenance and Updates: Regularly reviewing the SharePoint site and dashboards to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with data management principles.
• Metadata Management: Work closely with regional Win Work contacts to identify and fill any gaps in metadata to enhance searchability and data integrity.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with data residency regulations, security protocols, and corporate guidelines.
• Support and Coordination: Provide general support and guidance to regional Win Work contacts, alerting them to any actions required on their part and supporting the migration of high-quality content into the master site if required.
• Access & Permissions: Managing access and permissions in the global IMS and ensuring these are adhered to in other applications leveraging IMS content.
• Process Development: Engaging with the central team, highlighting any issues and sharing best practice. Proactively sharing recommendations for improvements and developments.
• Product Development: Developing a shared view of future functional requirements for the site to drive both efficiency and effectiveness of use.
• Site Rationalisation: Support future projects to rationalise existing/duplicative win work sites and content.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Essential -
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and broader Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of generative AI and its application in information management.
• Desirable -
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and other Power Apps.
  • Understanding of win work processes and document types.
