Actualmente estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional para integrarse a AtkinsRéalis como Subgerente de Obras para futuros proyectos.

Responsabilidades:

Reporta al GdP.
Seguimiento en campo del proceso constructivo.
Supervisar que los Contratistas cumplan con los plazos, alcances, especificaciones, condiciones y garantías, establecidas en su contrato, así como, las políticas del Cliente aplicables al proyecto.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas y criterios definidos en la ingeniería de detalle para cada proyecto.
Revisar los cronogramas para la construcción y puesta en servicio de los proyectos, y recomendar mejoras al Cliente y a los Contratistas.
Alertar y asesorar al Cliente sobre cualquier cambio potencial en los cronogramas y/o costos.

Requisitos:

Educación formal: Profesional de ingeniería Civil y/o afines Colegiado y habilitado (Indispensable).
Experiencia de 12 a 15 años en Supervisión de Obras Públicas o para el estado (Indispensable).
Experiencia en revisión de expedientes técnicos.
Experiencia en Supervisando Contratos con el estado (Indispensable).
Manejo de Software Office.
Inglés Intermedio (Deseable).
Disponibilidad para residir en Huaraz
