Mainly stakeholder management. Respond to Hiring managers, stakeholders, candidate inquiries in a timely manner and make sure to address any concerns or questions they may have. Be open and honest about the recruitment process and what hiring managers, stakeholders & candidates can expect.

I come with 7 years of experience in talent acquisition across a broad range of domains in IT industries. Success in implementing effective strategies to improve recruitment and retention, foster relationships with the hires, and create new referral pipelines with the core recruitment qualification.
