Two days of paid leave every year for volunteering for our employees in India

At AtkinsRéalis, we all work towards engineering a better future for our planet and its people. We are a proud and committed signatory to the UN Global Compact and have enhanced our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework to contribute to a sustainable future.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in India are one of many ways that we aspire to create social value and make a meaningful difference in local communities. We focus our CSR efforts on the areas of education, sustainability, equality, diversity, and inclusion.

As part of this, we will be now providing all employees additional support to carry out voluntary work for Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) our Corporate Social Responsibility team at Atkins India is registered with.

As an organization that encourages its employees to give back to society, we felt it was necessary to provide you all with the guidance and procedures that apply to all Global Technology Center (GTC) permanent staff who want to volunteer with an organization registered with our company. 

We are pleased to announce that our people in India will have two volunteer days of paid leave every year to consciously contribute back to society.
