Two years later, in 2013, Henry relocated to New Zealand to contribute to the monumental recovery and rebuild effort of Christchurch following the devastating earthquakes of 2011. This was a significant period in his life, both professionally and personally, as it left a lasting impact on him and his family. By 2016, Henry was presented with an opportunity to experience Middle Eastern mega-projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a growing family, they embarked on a three-year adventure that added another rich layer of experience to his career.

Currently, Henry has taken on a new challenge with AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia, driven by the thrill of delivering some of the world's largest construction projects. Although leaving his family in New Zealand was a difficult decision, it has proven to be a rewarding professional adventure.
