Senior Project Manager(Renewables)

Your Purpose:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of a major HVDC converter station, subsea cable, or marine EPC projects.
• Manage contractor and OEM relationships, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
• Implement project controls, risk management, and change control processes.
• Ensure effective interface management between OEM suppliers, EPC contractors, marine contractors, and transmission operators.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring coordination across procurement, engineering, and construction.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and performance metrics, proactively addressing risks and delays.
• Provide regular reporting and stakeholder updates, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

What you can bring:

• Extensive experience in project management of large-scale EPC or OEM contracts, ideally in HVDC converter stations, subsea cables, or marine infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of HVDC technology, subsea infrastructure, and high-voltage power transmission.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, managing OEM suppliers, EPC contractors, and key interfaces.
• Experience in risk management, project controls, and contract management, particularly under FIDIC contracts.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage interface risks, particularly between HVDC suppliers, marine contractors, and transmission operators.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline; PMP, APM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
