L'analyste fonctionnel sera responsable de l'analyse des besoins commerciaux, de la conception des solutions et de l'élaboration de spécifications fonctionnelles. Sur la base de pratiques de pointe observées (internes/externes) proposent des améliorations des processus opérationnels pour permettre l'efficacité et l'efficience.
Le candidat idéal travaillera avec les super utilisateurs et d'autres équipes internes d'applications informatiques.
- Interagir avec les unités d'affaires et à des fonctions d'entreprise pour comprendre les besoins, proposer de nouveaux processus et aider aux activités quotidiennes, y compris les processus récurrents et de fin d'année.
- Support primaire pour les applications Agiles et les processus automatisés mis en œuvre dans tous les secteurs et les unités d'affaires.
- Créer et maintenir des formules, des formulaires et des rapports rapides.
- Déboguer les problèmes de production et les résoudre rapidement avec des correctifs permanents.
- Identifier les domaines d'amélioration et d'efficacité des processus d'affaires; faire des recommandations pour améliorer les processus existants ou les fonctionnalités du système.
- Maintenir le flux de processus, la configuration, les opérations et la documentation utilisateur.
- Fournir un soutien fonctionnel pour les questions d'application et de processus d'affaires
- Documenter toutes les demandes et s'assurer que la méthodologie du processus de gestion de projet est respectée, y compris la soumission/mise à jour du conseil d'administration du client au besoin
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans de test et de test de système au besoin ainsi que coordonner et mener le soutien et la formation internes des utilisateurs
- Identifier et documenter les exigences en matière d'intégration des applications
- Développer et tester des solutions en collaboration avec les utilisateurs finaux, exécuter la migration de production et le support post-installation
- Améliorer le flux de processus et la documentation utilisateur pour les applications mises en œuvre et améliorer les connaissances et les compétences des utilisateurs
- Maintenir une instance de production d'applications stable et précise qui répond aux besoins des clients conformément aux politiques de conformité et d'audit
- Créer et gérer les demandes de services de soutien au besoin
- Concevoir et gérer la livraison des spécifications du programme sur la base de consultations avec le superviseur, les programmeurs, les entrepreneurs externes et les utilisateurs finaux
- Documenter, proposer et optimiser la configuration des applications afin d'assurer la meilleure facilité d'utilisation et la meilleure disponibilité de l'information
- Former les autres équipes des TI internes sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités, fonctionnalités et intégrations
Expérience de travail souhaitée :
- Baccalauréats en informatique, ingénierie ou équivalent
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience fonctionnelle dans le développement d'applications agiles (finance, gestion du changement, automatisation des processus, etc.) incluant la collecte des exigences, la conception, la configuration, les tests unitaires et les tests d'intégration.
- Expérience face à un écosystème informatique complexe
- L'expérience avec l'automatisation des processus AgilePoint NX/7 est un atout.
- SQL, ASP.Net la conception, la configuration et l'expérience pratique de MVC.
- De solides compétences en analyse, en conception et en documentation
- De solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite

The Functional Analyst will be responsible for business requirement analysis, solution design and development of functional specifications. Based on leading practices observed (internal/external) propose business processes improvements to enable effectiveness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will work with Super users and other internal IT application teams.
- Partner with business units and corporate functions to understand requirements, propose new processes, and help with day-to-day activities including recurring and year-end processes.
- Primary support for Agile applications and Automated processes implemented across Sectors and Business Units.
- Create and maintain Fast Formulas, Forms and Reports.
- Debug production issues and resolve them quickly with permanent fixes.
- Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality.
- Maintain process flow, configuration, operations and user documentation.
- Provide functional support for both application and business process issues
- Document all requests and ensure that the project management process methodology is adhered to including submission/updates to the client board as required
- Develop and execute system testing and test plans as required as well as coordinate and conduct internal user support and training
- Identify and document application integration requirements
- Develop and test solutions in collaboration with end-users, execute production migration and post-install support
- Improve process flow and user documentation for the implemented applications and enhance user knowledge and competency
- Maintain a stable and accurate Applications production instance that meets customer needs in line with compliance and audit policies
- Create and manage Support Service Requests as and when required
- Design and manage the delivery of program specifications based on consultations with supervisor, programmers, external contractors and end users
- Document, propose and optimize applications configuration to provide best usability and information availability
- Cross train internal IT on new features, functionality and integrations
Desired Job Experience:
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years functional experience in agile applications development (finance, change management, process automation, etc..) including requirements gathering, design, configuration, unit testing and integration testing.
- Experience dealing with a complex IT Ecosystem
- Experience with AgilePoint NX/7 process automation is an asset.
- SQL, ASP.Net MVC design, configuration and hands on experience.
- Strong analytical, design and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
