Assistant BIM Coordinator (Architecture)

About the job

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to integrate BIM models and resolve any design issues.
• Prepare and manage BIM-related documentation, including drawings, schedules and reports.
• Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Contribute ideas to automate day to day workflows.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and best practices.

Requirements:

• Actively preparing to achieve CCBC-A accreditation
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency in BIM software/platforms such as Revit, Navisworks and ACC.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
