Assistant Consultant - Facilities/Asset Management

SNC Lavalin Arabia is looking for an experienced Assistant FM Consultant to join the team in Riyadh. This
role is reporting into the Director of Consultancy & Advisory Services and will work with the wider team
across multiple projects in the Middle East, with a primary focus on the KSA market on matters related
to facilities, asset management and operational issues to our Clients, projects and in-house teams.
 

Person Specification

The requirement is for an experienced and appropriately qualified individual with significant Regional
exposure in the Facilities/Asset Management industry. They should be highly motivated, capable of
working with minimal direction and with a customer focused collaborative attitude. They must be able
to demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
In depth knowledge and understanding of:
• Document control activities including naming conventions, version control and storage
• Excel modelling including pricing models, service charge models and other excel based modeling
related to the Consultancy & Advisory team
• Creating and submitting weekly and monthly client reports as required
• Request for Proposals (drafting support)
• Service Level Agreements and Scope of Work (drafting support)
• Local Markets research and intelligence gathering

Skills and capabilities required are:

• Educated to Degree level and/or Technical Diploma in a relevant industry
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Collaborative working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Team and individual professional development for self and others
• Enquiring and Analytical mind
• Advanced level with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience of Microsoft Project
• Excellent command of the English language with emphasis on the written form
