- Apoio Administrativo nas rotinas de trabalho;
- Controle e lançamento de horas no sistema;
- Apoiar na elaboração dos controles financeiros de acordo com os procedimentos internos;
- Receber, carimbar e codificar o custo e processar todas as faturas para pedidos emitidos

no projeto;
- Manter contato com outros setores;
- Monitorar, relatar, controlar e emitir relatórios sobre orçamento indireto;

Requisitos:

- Domínio do Excel e Outlook;
- Vivência na área financeira;
- Escolaridade: Ensino técnico ou Superior em formação preferencialmente em Administração,

Contabilidade, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Ciências Econômicas e correlatas.

Desejável: Inglês (leitura e interpretação).
