Business Improvement Analyst

Role Purpose:

To assist the Business Efficiency Manager and Performance Manager in the development and management of the Business Improvement programme. This role will proactively engage with the business to implement Business Improvement Projects in line with business goals and objectives.  The business improvement co-ordinator will also keep up-to-date records on improvement opportunities and projects while providing efficient reporting to the business.

• Experience of Project management

• Ability to display and explain complex data in an engaging way

• Knowledge of ‘Lean’ (e.g Green Belt certification)

• Presentation skills

• Coaching skills

• Excellent IT skills, including: Mini tab, Visio, Microsoft project
