Job Title: Civil Site Manager

Location: Site Based

Purpose of the Job:

Linxon is seeking a talented Civil Site Manager to oversee and lead construction activities at our project sites in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful completion of construction work, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to project schedules and budgets. As a key part of the project team, you will work with various stakeholders to deliver the highest quality infrastructure projects that meet Linxon's standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

        Planning, organizing, and monitoring construction activities on construction sites in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

        Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and Linxon safety standards.

        Management of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure construction work is completed on time and in a cost-effective manner.

        Monitor and control project plans and budgets and implement corrective actions as necessary.

        Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align construction work with overall project objectives.

        Regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work execution meets Linxon standards.

        Preparation and review of method statements, risk assessments and other project documentation.

        Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

        Leading construction site coordination meetings.

Experience Required:

        Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.

        Proven experience in construction site management, preferably in energy or infrastructure projects.

        Knowledge of German building regulations and standards.

        Strong leadership and team management skills.

        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

        Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

        Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

        Fluent German and English skills are required.
