Job Title: Civil Site Manager

Location: Site Based

Purpose of the Job:

Linxon is seeking a talented Civil Site Manager to oversee and lead construction activities at our project sites in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful completion of construction work, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to project schedules and budgets. As a key part of the project team, you will work with various stakeholders to deliver the highest quality infrastructure projects that meet Linxon's standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

•        Planning, organizing, and monitoring construction activities on construction sites in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

•        Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and Linxon safety standards.

•        Management of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure construction work is completed on time and in a cost-effective manner.

•        Monitor and control project plans and budgets and implement corrective actions as necessary.

•        Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align construction work with overall project objectives.

•        Regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work execution meets Linxon standards.

•        Preparation and review of method statements, risk assessments and other project documentation.

•        Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

•        Leading construction site coordination meetings.

Experience Required:

•        Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.

•        Proven experience in construction site management, preferably in energy or infrastructure projects.

•        Knowledge of German building regulations and standards.

•        Strong leadership and team management skills.

•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

•        Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•        Fluent German and English skills are required.
