Comment allez-vous contribuer à l’équipe?
Coordonner, développer et animer des sessions d’informations virtuelles;
Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement dans le cadre du programme de nouveaux gradués, de la prise de besoin à l’embauche en s’assurant de respecter les processus requis.
Procéder à l’évaluation des candidats en fonction des requis du poste et des standards de l’entreprise.
S’assurer de respecter les processus et procédures du recrutement pour supporter les gestionnaires d’embauche dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs.
Collaborer avec l’analyste en attraction de talent afin de créer des campagnes de recrutement campus sur les réseaux sociaux;
Collaborer avec le gestionnaire de programme afin de créer de nouveaux types d’événement, développer sa connaissance du marché afin de permettre à SNC de se distinguer de la compétition;
Collaborer avec les différents départements afin d’identifier leurs cibles d’embauche annuelles en matière de finissants(es) et supporter la stratégie par la planification d’événements;
Agir à titre de personne référence pour tous les centres de carrières étudiants au Canada et identifier les opportunités d’activités;
Assister à des journées carrières et des évènements de l’industrie pour rester à l’affût des changements du marché et de son réseau.
Travailler de concert avec les partenaires internes afin de développer une image distincte d’employeur de choix;
Développer son réseau de collaborateurs internes et externes.
Ce que vous allez contribuer?
Baccalauréat en Administration, Ressources Humaines ou tout autres domaines connexes;
3 ans et plus d’expérience dans un environnement professionnel, idéalement reliée au recrutement;
Très bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office;
Maîtrise des plates-formes web et réseaux sociaux;
Excellente communication en français et anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit);
Habileté à bâtir des relations professionnelles fortes avec tous les niveaux hiérarchiques;
Excellente capacité de gestion du temps et d’organisation;
Capacité de travailler avec plusieurs types de personnalités et reconnaissance de ce que chacun peut apporter dans une équipe.

Reporting to the Campus and Diversity Manager, this role will support event planning, recruitment of new graduates, academic partner selection and relationship building of academic partners across Canada enabling SNCL to attract top student talent.
How will you contribute to the team?
Coordinating, developing and host virtual information sessions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for the graduate development program, from need-taking to hiring, ensuring that the required processes are followed.
Assess candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and procedures to support hiring managers in achieving their goals.
Work with the talent attraction analyst to create campus recruitment campaigns on socials medias.
Work with the program manager to create new types of events, develop market knowledge to enable SNC to differentiate itself from the competition.
Work with different departments to identify their annual graduate hiring needs and support strategy through event planning.
Act as the point of contact for all school’s career center in Canada and identify business opportunities.
Attend career fairs and industry events to stay abreast of changes in the market and its network.
Work with internal partners to develop a distinct image as an employer of choice.
Develop its network of internal and external collaborators.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor’s degree in administration, HR or any other related field.
3 years and more of experience in a business environment, ideally in recruitment.
Proficient with MS Office suite.
Knowledge and ability with socials medias.
Excellent communication in French and English (written and speaking).
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers, colleagues and 3rd party suppliers.
Demonstrates excellent prioritizing and organizational skills.
Able to work with others and recognize the strengths everyone can bring.
