Cost and Payment Manager
Our Nebraska team is growing! If you want to be a part of a successful global organization and have at least 3 years of related experience on large construction projects we would like to connect with you. This role will work with program team members and the client’s finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment. Desirable qualifications include experience with aviation projects, programs >$50M, and working alongside clients in a site based Project Management Office. This is a full time Faithful+Gould position with robust benefits. We seek the individual who has long term career aspirations with us. This position will be located in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities
-Manage the timely review, processing and payment of contractor/consultant invoices to include issue resolution.
-Assist in development of program accounting/invoicing policy and procedure and ensure compliance.
-Interface with program team members and client finance / accounting as required.
-Obtain and maintain accurate Contractor/consultant project cost and accruals.
-Prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Finance or related field,
-three years relevant experience,
-Supported, one or more aviation programs in the past ten years,
-Understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Construction cost management experience in the aviation industry, with large projects preferred
